Northern Ontario Agri-Food Education & Marketing's booth celebrates Northern Ontario's diverse agricultural products and by-products. Preserves such as jams, jellies, pickles and relishes were available. Hot items were handknit mittens and slippers. The artistry of walking sticks and canes by Wild North was much admired. Maple syrup from Fair Isle Maple Products went to Russia while another jug of maple syrup and a jar of maple butter went to England.
